Unlike MLXchange, passwords for MarketLinx Wireless accounts are case sensitive. When a password is entered in MarketLinx Wireless, it must match the case that was originally used when the MLXchange account was created, or the last time the password was changed.

Try these steps:

1. If entering the password in all lowercase did not work for you, try entering the password in all capital letters. For example, "APPLE".
2. Enter the first character in uppercase format, and the rest of the password in lowercase. For example, "Apple".
3. If you cannot remember your password, call the Help Desk at your MLS, Real Estate Board or Association to confirm the exact case and spelling of your password.
